Pet Fees:
One animal: $300 ($100 refundable)
Two animals: $500 ($100 refundable)
(Maximum two pets per apartment home with a combined adult weight not to exceed 90 pounds )
We do not allow aggressive breeds, including but not limited to:
Rotweiller, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher and German Shepherd.
